Rhinoliner Covering?

Discussion in 'Amps and Cabs [BG]' started by lbwdog, Dec 5, 2005.

  1. My Goliath III was swamped by salt water in Hurricane Katrina. After five weeks I retrieved it, stripped it( the wooden cab was OK) reconed the speakers etc. I can get the cab Rhinolined for $65 but I'm wondering about sound problems or any other "cons". Anyone ever done this?

  2. Sounds like a great idea to me...

That's a great price, most places would want double that.

  4. Right Bill, but do you think it will affect the tone?

Only if the cab isn't as damped as it should be, then it would make it better.
