Rickenbacker 4003S Bass Bridge

Has anyone out there felt the delights of changing from Rickenbacker Rounds to Thomastik-Infeld Flat Wound Strings? I've changed all my Ricks from Rounds to Flats and this last bass was a real challenge... Words of wonder... Remove the ENTIRE RICKENBACKER BRIDGE on your 4003 or 4003S and lube the 4-Intonation Screws with WD40 and move each screw back and forth to loosen each screw. What a difference! I was able to adjust the saddles and that includes back on the bridge... LUBE those screws and life becomes wonderful...
