  1. Hi

has anyone recently tried to register at the Rickenbacker forum on www.rickenbacker.com? I always get an .asp error when submitting the form, can't recover a lost password (.asp error) and sending them an e-mail using their webform is - guess what - ending in an .asp error.
Sending an e-mail to [email protected] doesn' work, either: User unknown

If anyone already has an account (the form itself seems to work, people are posting there): Please tell the admin there something's wrong :(

    Thx!

Dood, they can't even get their backlog of orders caught up.

I wish more American manufacturers had that "problem".

Retired outta the Army (and Fed. Govt) in May...but I still know a little. What .asp error are you getting?

  7. I only took a note of this one, it's trying to recover a lost password:

    error '80040211'
    /forum_password_forgot.asp, line 109

It's likely Rickenbackers servers. I'll see if I can find a support link on their website and pass the error to them...

check back on this forum and see if they advise. I didn't know your email or I'd have recommended they contact you directly...
