  1. Does anyone know which artists (besides Paul Mc, Geddy and Lemmy) have used/use rickenbackers?

  4. The guy that replace Roger Glover, Glen Hughes also played one. I forget the guys name but RIC make a bass for the guy from the Smithereens

  5. doesn't the bassist from Oasis play one???

  6. Bruce Foxten of the Jam played one, he was well known for it.

Nicky Wire from Manic Street Preachers (not that he's that much of a bass player).
I also think Mike Rutherford and Roger Waters have played them?

  10. Paul D'Amour (The old bassist from Tool) played the Chris Squire signature model.

how could I forget them? Rutherford played a doubleneck Ric quite a bit in Genesis' early days. Waters also played a Ric in PF's early days, but I'm pretty sure he switched to a P-bass by Meddle or so. (of course, Gilmour also deserves credit for some of the bass tracks on Floyd's stuff...)

I like the fact that the person who revived it repeated the first answer of the first reply.
