Selling this for a fraction of it's value. You can probably flip it and make $500 or more, but I'm hoping somebody will buy it for this steal of a price and gig it.

Made by Harry's Engineering in Japan, this is the Border 666 model. They sell for about $3,000 - $5,000 new (depending on options). Extremely high quality and attention to detail. Compares well with PRS USA, etc.

They also typically fetch $1,500 - $3,000 or more used.

My price for a quick, local sale????? First $799 in my hands takes it. Yup, you read that right. If for some insane reason it doesn't sell here in a couple of days, I'll list it for the masses on Reverb, eBay, etc (at a higher price).

This is the red matte version (red guitar in pictures is literally the one that I'm selling).

    Specs/Info:

    BORDER 666

    BODY: ALDER / L. ASH / MAHOGANY / WALNUT / etc.
    NECK: MAPLE
    F / B: PAU FERRO / MAPLE / EBONY
    RADIUS / SCALE: 300 R / 666
    mm FRETS: 24 F HYBRID - 2 # 214
    SUS PICKUPS: dfs - 1, dfs - 1 R, dfh - 5 N, dfh - 5 B
CONTROL: VOL, TAP SW, HI - LO PASS, TOGGLE SW

Although the body of BORDER (borders) is a traditional flat top, smooth contours are given to the contour part, and the stress to the part where the elbow hits is reduced and it is an original design that emphasizes the performance. The pickup is a series with flexibility that 2H / SSH / HSH / 3S can be selected and the bridge can also load synchronized tremolo / hard tail / TOM.

The 666 scale extends 18 mm from the normal long scale (648 mm), the tension of the string is kept even when lowering the tuning by this chord length, the "tightness" appears in the heavy bass and the tuning is stabilized, and the gauge ranging from 0.10 to 0.46 It is also possible to lower the tuning to B. It is possible to play almost unchanged from a normal 6 string guitar. It is shorter than the difference between the medium scale (628 mm) and the long scale, the player comfortable with the long scale (648 mm) is easy to get used and comes from the very long scale and the all range sound brings luster to the mid-high range and heavy bass amp Even without using it will support the low frequency firmly.

The specifications common to all models are to have the original high / low pass filter. (Hi Cut ยท Lo Cut) Although normal tone control will only cut high frequencies, our control can perform high cut / low cut in one control. In contemporary guitar sounds, I think how to control low frequencies is important.

Fret adopted stainless steel HYBRID-2 # 214 which was subjected to cryo treatment as standard. Because it has high hardness and excellent abrasion resistance, it eliminates instability such as pitch and pitch feeling by string friction and maintains a stable condition for a long time to sustain the performance without stress
