Hello everyone, I have an Ibanez promethean amp head. I want to run a cab of 10's and a 15. I'm not to savvy about hooking up equipment and was wondering if this amp head can support the speakers. Also any recommendations and suggested speaker cabs would be appriciated. Thank you in advance.

Matched cabs are the better choice, and the only thing you need to watch is the impedance. If the Promethean is 4 ohms minimum, you want to use 2 8 ohm cabs, or one large 4 ohm cab. Don't mix spkr sizes, there's no good reason to do it, but plenty of good reasons not to.

To be more specific, you should pair identical cabs not just ones with the same driver size.

Personally if I was looking for something off the shelf I would check out the Ampeg PF-115LF, or the GK Neo115. Then I would get two of which ever I liked better.
