One tough individual, took death 81 years to kick his ass. Go easy.

  2. I never realised that he was that old - "not a bad innings" as my old Mum used to say... I thought his best film was "The Mechanic", or perhaps "Mr Majestyk". I suppose he finally got his (dare I say it...) wish :meh:

The Vigilante has left the building. Death Wish has still got to be one of my favourite films.

    That is very true!!!

Nice story of a blue collar average Joe who does good.

RIP, Charles B. From all accounts, a decent human being who played a pretty good tough guy in the movies.

  11. Yeah, I didn't think he was 81.

Charlie just oozed goodness and honesty out of his personna; you could feel it when you watched one of his movies.

Well at least he's with the love of his life, Jill Ireland now. I saw a biography on him a while ago, and her death really messed him up.

I think the devil's a little nervous too, knowing that God may send Mr. Bronson over to slap him upside the head. ;)

    RIP, Charles. :(

I think in honor of Mr. Bronson, we should all make a donation to the Make a Death Wish Children's Foundation.
