    Wow this is sad news what an incredible career and loss of so much knowledge of old Hollywood he's one of the last true movie stars.

    WW2? Heck, he was in the movies starting in the 1920s! He really was a very good actor, too. RIP.

    Great actor!

    I'll always remember Dana Carvey lampooning him on SNL: "I was the biggest staaar in the worl'.....Pow! The world!"

    I hope he's in a good place.
