Indeed. Very sad. Mr. Lull was a local treasure. Warm. Competent. Helpful. Highly knowledgeable. Very sad.

540D6FA1-C90D-42B7-A861-3AB23FDCA350.jpeg RIP Mike... I sent this bass to him just last year for a once over and he did an amazing job. I’m in metro NYC..if he wasn’t so far he would have been my main tech. I had a few great conversations with him.

I am numb and gutted over this news. Mike was a one-of-a-kind guy.

I’ll always hold special the conversations we had over the phone as if he were right across town.

Thoughts and prayers for Spencer, Paul, and all the Lull family and crew.

    Play on, Mike.

What a loss. He was such a genuine person. He performed work for me on numerous basses I've owned and he always treated me with the utmost in respect. Super cool guy.

Omg this is such a shock. RIP to a great luthier and human. I'll miss chatting with him in the shop, getting his opinions on mods, and sharing memories of the 90s. Condolences to his family and friends, and best wishes to those who will be carrying on his work.

I am sad to here of this. Just as another human being this is a tragedy. The fact I really admired his work is a real downer too.
