Rise Against bass tone..

    I really love the tone the bassist from Rise Against got in the new album The Sufferer and the Witness. How does he do it?

    that song isn't on their myspace page, but from what I hear I would say a Pbass with a pick.

    Looks like a mid 60's P to me. A very clean one, or possibly a re issue/custom shop job.
