MINT Rob Allen Mouse 30 alder w walnut top, matching headstock, "f" hole. Gigged four times. I'm selling because it basically fits into musical scenarios where a double bass would regularly go, and I'm an upright player by nature. $1700 shipped to the lower 48. Check or money order preferred (after an identity theft scare while back, I no longer do the paypal thing).

EDIT: A user with an identical bass tells me the top is Koa. Thanks, Fred!

The black binding is a custom feature ordered by the original owner.

The little mark on the E string tuner is actually an insect that I didn't spot until after the pictures were already on the computer.

The back is actually a bit darker than shown here, which is a little washed out by the sun.

The only flaw that I can see is some little finger marks on the top just inside of the F holes. You can sort of see them here, which is about how they look to the naked eye.

Comes with the custom Rob Allen gig bag/case, which is a hybrid between a hard case and a heavy duty gig bag. The case is in perfect condition, and the bass has basically been sitting unplayed for a while in a humidity controlled music room next to the double bass corner.

Interested to know why a guy with DB chops would get a lined FB. Was it the extreme difference in scale?
