Robert Deleo's strings

    I don't know either but I like his tone so I'll keep this thread up.

    I especially like his live tone. There's a show (House of Blues I think? it was right before Weiland's arrest) of theirs that gets shown on MTV2 every once in awhile where Rob has an absolutely incredible tone going on.

    But seriously, I know he has used SIT strings at one point but don't know much else

    I have an old Bass Player magazine, and it says he uses SIT 50-105 nickel rounds, I'm nearly positive (don't make me go find the article!).

    He has used flats in the studio, too, so are we talking live sound, or on the records?
