This is a really cool bass in a custom finish. It is based on an EB0 bass that Gene Simmons played in the mid 70's. It has a David Allen thunderbird type humbucker and has that Thunderbird type of sound.
I know this bass is kind of rare, so I am going to post as much info as possible. It is around 8 LBS. I'll get the exact weight tomorrow. It comes with a hardshell case that has been used for some flights and this bass has seen some heavy touring. These are $2800 new and there are no issues with the bass. I am only selling because I am off for a few months and feel like mixing things up a bit. I might consider trades, but I would prefer to sell it.

Not really. I have too many right now, so I would prefer to sell. I have lots of Fenders, but I like Sadowsky or other nice fender clones. A Pedulla Buzz bass, or nice fretless. A Modulus Graphite bass. Some of these are worth more than the RRR Thunders bass, but I can pay extra. I really prefer to sell, but I am also about to sell some more Fenders. No amps.

Beautiful bass. I wish it was a jazz width nut or we would be doing business. GLWTS!

This looks like an LP jr that Johnny Thunders used to play. I wonder if that was the inspiration? upload_2018-9-13_18-55-19.

Absolutely the inspiration for it if you look at the thunders guitar on their website.

I am in total gotta have this bass mindset. Just want to find a place that has one so I could try it. There was a TV Yellow on reverb I would drool over every few days but someone scooped it up.

The YouTube clip of your band didn’t work, can you post the link or the title. I’d like to hear it with a band.

It was a google drive file. I just uploaded it to YouTube. I had to make it an unlisted link so NBC doesn't take it down. Hopefully, this works.

I think NBC will take it down sooner than later.
