    Fingerboard, nuts: Ebony
    Wood quality: AA+

    Hand varnish: Spirit varnish
    Antique varnish: Yes

    Tailpiece: Wittner Ultra
    Pegs: Tyrolean plate.
    Strings: Pirastro Evah's
    Pirastro Obligato

Roderich Paesold 3/4 size upright bass purchased from Hammond Ashley in 2014. Some of the wear and markings were done as part of the manufacturing or the instrument and some from years of use. A very comfortable and easy to play bass with a punchy sound that is great for jazz and Arco.
I've gigged on this bass for four years and it's time to move on.
    Comes with padded case

I regret selling my old Paesold. Yours looks like a very fine specimen indeed. GLWS!
