Victory is mine!
The cherryburst looks terrific and that quilt is sick! What will the fingerboard be?
Thanks! And since you asked...here's the neck...rosewood board
Nice choice of wood and finish. I personally think quilted maple is the nicest looking wood.....finished or natural. Should be a sweet looking bass!
Hey, the pickup routes are crooked!
I dig the burst.
One day, I am going to get a roscoe. Used or otherwise. They are fantastic basses.
Hey...wait a minute. Even I haven't seen those yet!!!
So are you glad you went with the cherryburst now?
Very much so. Gard said it should ship to you this week!
Just played my first Roscoe Sat.
What a great bass.
Solid Myrtle body.
Splated Purpleheart fingerboard.
Killer B string.
Yes, I've got GAS again.
Man I really like nice big..... quilts.
Beautiful! That's gonna be quite a looker once she's done.
Really pretty! I'm sure you'll love it.
What preamp are you dropping in there? With Rosewood, I'm guessing the Bart preamp....but I could be wrong.
Looks great, post finished pics as soon as you get them.
The flash actually "washed" the colors out just a WEE bit, it's more "red" than "orange" along the edge of the body, which is of course the "correct" color for a cherry sunburst. It looks really killer in person!
I've seen alot of really nice quilt tops, but this one has to be my favorite.
o-o-o-o-o-o-h-h-h-h-h-h-h such a smart man!
You'll love it! Great looking finish too! I can't recall seeing many Roscoe's with a burst other than the std. tobacco burst.
