  2. You bought that?!?!

You have to let me know how that thing plays. Full review!! I have always liked Roscoes, but have only played a 5 string. A Roscoe 7 is definitely something I am looking into.

Sweet bass, by the way. You have too many sweet basses, I think. By that, I mean more than I will ever have.:(

Thanks, Ryan. I do believe the F is part of my permanent collection. For the price of the Roscoe I had to check it out.

Congrats, Brad! I love mine, had it about a year or so now. The best B string I've run across so far. Here's mine:

Sweet bass, BB, looks familiar...from bass Alone? I really like the SKB Roscoes much more than the LG series, which are nice basses too, I just like the body style and non-slanted pickups more.

    Nice score Brad!

Guess you'll have to get together with your buddy Kevin and compare Roscoes now...;)

Man, I was glad he got that one from me, it was driving me CRAZY, so pretty and sounded so great and I am so broke :(....sigh....

Keith makes some killer stuff, without a doubt. One day...:D

Yeah, he told me about his new Roscoe. He's pumped. I probably shouldn't tell him what the 7 went for on eBay;). I also decided it was time to move a few basses as I upgrade so that lessens the sting tremendously.

I was surprised he parted with that US Spector 6. Don't know if he mentioned it but he moved a killer JD Supernatural among other things for that one... thought it was a keeper.

I also found out that it was a friend of mine who was the buyer on that MTD 735 you guys had there earlier in the year. Small world:)

Wow! The Lakland and one of the Jazz Deluxe 5's are on the way out, huh?

Nice bass. Think you will keep this one longer than your last 7 string?

Not sure, Jeff. The Surine was nice, I'm hoping this is even nicer. At the price I got it, it's worth a look see.

Now that I have the FMT I don't really need the JD5's. The Lakland's sweet but it comes behind several other basses now. Otherwise everything else stays.

    Nice bass, Brad.

I've never really played an LG that I liked but I've played a few SKB3006's that I just loved. I'm really surprised that the Roscoes are priced real reasonably. I might have to think about selling my Lakland to pickup an SKB that I played several months back. It really left an impression on me but I've just never felt a need to go beyond 5 strings and the MTD is occupying alot of my time right now.

I was watching the end of that auction--I know how much Brad got it for!;) It's amazing how much it went up in the last couple of minutes, but Brad pulled ahead with 15 seconds to go, and it was still waaaaaaay less than it should have been.

It's beautiful, and I look forward to hearing a review when it shows up.
