Rotosounds sound too new and fresh- help me kill them

Discussion in 'Strings [BG]' started by jazznrick, Dec 15, 2018.

  1. Hello,
My rotosound swingbass strings sound too zingy and alive on my Orange O Bass. How can I make them sound old and worn in faster(other than playing them)? Thanks!!
  2. Just play them. It won't take very long for them to break in.

I always found Rotosounds starting sounding "old" pretty darn quickly.
