THis hasn't had it's own thread yet? I'm shocked. My first Sadowsky GAS:

Make mine trans white, chrome and flip the p pickup! Oh, and string it up E-C and we're good to go.

I've got the same affliction. That one has to be on the really short list when I get to buy a really nice bass. I would love to hear from someone that has played one.

I'd love to get a 24F in this color, with ebony fretboard, no top dots, P/J pickups, and maybe even a matching h/s:

    That's a great bass but it's got a killer price. $3975 with the case.:crying:
  6. Wow, what a beauty!!

I'm with you on the ebony board thing, but I think some abalone dots would make for a nice contrast with the dark finish and dark board. And the matching headstock would be da whip! :D
  9. that purple color is awesome, i would totally rock that bass.
i like the way the 'soapbar' looking picups look better in the modern 24s then the normal PJ style ones.

and why do the p pups have a few poles missing?

I'm not a fan of that purple! Nice bass though.

I was wondering that myself - the only thing I could come up with is that it keeps the proportional look of a 4-string P configuration.

I have a Metro M5-24 and would really like to hear the difference between the soapbars and the P/J configuration. I know what people say about the sound differences, but that doesn't seem to help a lot.
  12. i love jazz basses...but sadowsky's just dont do it for me:meh:
