SOLD Sadowsky 5 String NYC Vintage Bass '59 Burst Quilted / Birdseye

Hey TB!

I have to sell one of my Sadowsky basses, I'm retiring, and I cant keep them all... Downsizing in a big way....

Here are the specs:

• Ash body, I believe it's a 2010 model. Made in the USA, NYC model.
• Beautiful birds eye maple fingerboard
• Ebony blocks
• 5A quilted maple top in 59 burst
• Single coil PUPs with vintage tone control
• Fresh set of Sadowsky blue Strings
• Original Sadowsky Ultralight case included.
• 8.5 lbs approx based on my digital bathroom scale
• 12" radius
• 1.875 nut
• AND, it is signed by Roger Sadowsky on the back of the head stock... see photos !!!

I can not find any dings or imperfections on this bass - it looks almost perfect - a 9.9 out of 10. The birds eye maple fingerboard is beautiful in person !!! Hope it comes through in the photos.And the quilted top is beautiful....

Nice original factory upgrades to this bass, including the Ebony blocks and the birds eye maple fingerboard, and the beautiful quilted top in 1959 sunburst.

I'll include the original Sadowsky case, very nice and in good condition.

Hi TB - I had a request for a few closer photos of the neck and the fretboard, Indoor lighting not awesome - see below. I went over the bass again, still looks in fantastic shape to me.

OK, whoever winds up with this bass has to decide which case they would like:

• The original Sadowsky Ultralight case that I believe this bass came with, definitely used but totally functional... I like this case a lot ! or.....
• A very nice (but also used) Portabag, one of the models with one large compartment in the front. Also very cool !

Either one will be awesome for shipping, so no issues there, so decide based on how you will use this bass.

OK, so I've received a check for the bass, when it clears, I'll be changing the status to SOLD. Thanks for all the PM's, if anything changes I'll post it right away !
