Sexy. What kind of pickup is housed in that?
It's a Custom Sadowsky Soapbar made my Seymour Duncan. It's the Same size as the EMG 35
A Custom Sadowsky by Seymour Duncan.....that has a nice ring to it.
Lovely bass. Is the pickup in the sweetspot?
That, right there, is just about my my dream bass. Is that a 1 1/2" nut? Yeah, my dream bass...
Do you mean the MM sweet spot? It looks like they put the PU where a P PU would usually be. Sweet bass.
I think he meant the P-bass Sweet Spot
Hmm, guess I was wrong when I thought the MM PU positon was usually referred to as the "sweet spot".
Well theres the MM sweet spot AND The P BAss Sweet Spot
ITS SO BEAUTIFUL
That sadowsky doesent float my boat, but the 24 fret 5 string does..
That one definetly floats my boat!
Yeah, it looks fine and everything, but did Roger forge the metal used in the tuners? Did he plant the seed for the tree that was used for the body wood? Did he mix the stain?
This bass contains extreme amounts of coolness. It would be great if Roger made it a part of the line
Interesting. I wonder where the inspiration is spawned for these two basses' creators. I'm sure some of you have seen it, here's the ebay Fender "California".
Oh My!! I could rock that in my cover band! I'd like to see that in a 5'r! Nice bass!
been there done that
Short answer, yes he did.
too bad it doesn´t have the "tele" headstock. That is an important part of the tele look. IMO.
I'm with you Caracas, but the mandatory option with the "Telecaster Headstock" is the "Telecaster Headstock Lawsuit." I suspect that's an option that doesn't particularly interest Roger.
