After many months of wheeling, dealing, scrimping, liquidating,
I finally have one of Roger's beauties headed my way.

A Metro R5/24. It'll be here later this week, and I couldn't be more excited! I personally blame Tom Bowlus for allowing me to play his Anniversary M24 and causing me to GAS for one like no other! :)

cheese, I am so pleased for you. When you get that on a gig and listen to people you trust out in the audience telling you how killer you sound, when you hear the band through the monitor, you'll probably have a feeling like I did, "OK, my tone is perfect, now I just have to play." It's a liberating feeling.

    So beautiful!

So many black basses end up looking just black... but WOW man, these Sadowskys... even the black ones manage to jump out at you.

    Awesome bass.

I'm real happy for Cheez! You've been talking about getting a Sadowsky for months, I hope this bass is everything you want it to be. As all you Sadowsky guys say, "You'll sound great in the mix!"

Thanks for the best wishes fellers! Thursday seems a long time off. I'm hoping Fedex's delivery estimate is accurate so I can use her on Friday's gig.....:)
