Sadowsky Bass Order — How long?

Hi All, for all Sadowsky Owners, May I ask how long did you waited for your bass?

 

I see.... my Metro is now on its 6 months....

 

well it's only a regular MV4 HPJ Metroline.... actually the thing made me uncomfortable, is:

that my dealer told me it's going to be "5 months, maybe less, but 5 month is what we're expecting" when I placed my order, but over the wait, I do not get any update unless I asked for it;

and at one point, I was told "it's said to be 5 months, then it'd be 5 months, and they are usually pretty on schedule... dealers will not be told status unless it's ready"

5 months passed, I asked again just wanting to check if it is on its way, I've been told the guy who he gets in touch with is on holiday

and then after a couple weeks, I received a message saying "the normal delivery time is 6 months instead of 4-5 months quoted before, and this can vary in either direction by a few weeks, so based on this, it is not behind schedule"

to be honest, for a good piece of instrument, I am willing to wait, just expected to be a little bit "Nicer" or a little bit more "informed"... maybe it's just me.....
