SOLD Sadowsky M5-24 Super Lightweight

    I searched long and hard to find one this light just to find I don't need a five string. Bass is literally as new. Sadowsky Metro. Ash body. No dings dents or scratches at all. Weighs 8.1 lbs.(seriously) and there is no neck-dive. Set up with a super low, no buzz action with Sadowsky Black Label Flats. Strobe intonated. Comes in original Sadowsky soft shell case.
    Looking to trade for a similar 4 string jazz or PJ. Soapbars ok too. Must be under 9 lbs. Would prefer another Sadowsky but US Lakland or Fender CS would do. I'll add cash for the right bass.

    That's exactly what I told the man I got it from. Obviously some are. I'll guarantee the weight on this one.

    I had a metro hybrid PJ that was under 8 lbs. it just depends on the wood. The NYCs are light because they have been Swiss cheese routed...

    Consider a suhr jazz bass? I can add an extra suhr neck that would give you a rose wood option as well. A little bit of cash to me...comes
    With roadrunner gig bag. Ash with Birdseye and about 9
    Lbs and the extra suhr neck is Indian rosewood. Does your sadowsky have the vtc control?

    Yes, it does have VTC.
