Selling my Sadowsky Metro RV5. Standard build: alder body, morado board, and '59 burst. Does not have VTC. Bass has small finish scratch behind the low B saddle part of the bridge, but is otherwise perfect. Will ship in OHSC.

Looking for $1700 shipped. Payment by Paypal E-check only. Only trade considered would be QSC PLX2 1804.

Looks like my scale puts it at 9.5lbs, which is actually heavier than I thought.

Well it's about time! I've spent so much money on all your gear, it's kinda nice to know that I might actually have something that you like!

+1 :D Cool grain pattern in the FB looks really sharp with the sunburst finish. Aaron is a great guy to deal with too.

That's a pretty interesting take on the tortoise guard.

  16. Lots of fabulous comments here about the look. So how does it sound and play?

Sounds and plays great. It's got a very deep, punchy tone with a bright (not not tinny) top end. The Sadowsky preamp is famous for its voicing... it just seems to put the right "oomph" in exactly the right place. Playability is fantastic too... the neck has a fast satin finish, and the bass has a great weight and balance. You really can't go wrong with a Sadowsky Metro... I just need to thin my herd a bit.
