You know the drill. Love this bass, just not playing it.

This bass was purchased new from Sadowsky in 2006 SN# 4533. I am the second owner.

The bass is VERY lightly played with no real signs of wear. Still has original factory clear finish protectors front and back, and includes original case as shown. New nickel wound strings.

    Looking for 3200 CONUS.

Man, how can it be that I covet your bass as I’m selling it’s twin?

How can it be that I for a few seconds, the collector side of me coveted your bass in the spirit of reuniting the twins to have consecutive SNs. Fortunately, I collected my sanity instead .

Please trade me for my Sadowsky NYC, then you can sell mine and be happy! I'd have to post mine, sell it and then snag yours and I'm not sure that would happen quick enough. :)

I will get that weight for you. I can guarantee it’s less than 9 pounds.

Weight is 7.3 lbs on the bathroom scale. Afraid I don't know what kind of rosewood, but I will do some research.

Here’s the original Sadowsky spec for this bass. I saved it because I own 4532, but there was no on-line picture or specs for 4532 and 4533 was close.

Further, if you were to spec this bass now, it would cost $5750. $4700 for base NYC 4 String, $1000 for master grade spalted maple top with center line, $50 for black hardware. You would wait 8-9 months too.
