  1. This bass is only a few months old, I purchased it from Ricky Reed on this site a few weeks ago and he purchased it from Atlanta Bass Gallery not long before that.

Other than some finger nail marks on the pick guard from slapping, it's dead mint, not a mark on it. I had it set up with 45-105 strings, the bass is a monster, I'm blown away with the tone. Comes with the Sadowsky soft/hard case and the candy as well.

Why am I selling? Cause it's going to hang on my wall and collect dust, I need another 5 string if not 2 more, therefore this smoking 4 needs to go. I bought it cause it was a smoking deal, I played the bass prior to Ricky buying it when it was still at ABG, but I simply won't use it.

I want what I got in it, nothing more, nothing less. I'm not looking to make money here and I've got nothing to hide.

$1600 plus shipping and paypal fees, if you want to send me a check and wait for it to clear, you can avoid the paypal fees. The bass is $2400 new everywhere.

    No trades, sorry.

BTW, the picture doesn't do this bass a bit of justice.

Tommix, you should declare your home a refuge for unwanted Sadowskys!:)

This is not an unwanted Sadowsky. Just a casualty of the Holiday season.

    Great bass!
  6. Tom is the proud new owner!

    Thanks bro,

  7. This is one of those Divine Providence things...I just sold my UV70 and my Stingray 4 HH to a good friend of mine from Nashville on Sunday. He had been playing a '64 P and a '96 American Jazz and was looking for a couple of good active basses. He played the Ray on Saturday at a gig and brought me a check Sunday morning. I had my UV70 out playing it and he wanted to play it so I let him and he tore the check up and wanted to know how much for both!! LOL! I just deposited his check today and was cruising the Sadowsky site and didn't see anything that bit me and came by here and bam...there it was...LOL! My UV70 was a bit on the heavy side for me to play live and it sounds like this one is gonna be a pound or 2 lighter!!! Mine didn't have the finish this one had either!! It looks killer from what I can tell...I am going to order a Tort guard for it in the morning from Kevin and have it here when the bass comes in...I am stoked again!!

    Thanks Mike!!

  10. Thanks guys...Cheese it does seem that way at times! LOL!

I am really stoked at the finish on this one...it looks really great from what I can tell! I think I am trying to catch bikeplate...I think he is at 13 and I am at 11!! LOL!

Happy Holidays guys! No better present than another Sadowsky under the tree and a wife that doesn't mind it!!!!! :hyper:
