I think I'm finally there. As all my brothers and sisters can attest to, it's an endless quest. I've bought, sold, traded everything under the sun over the last few years and I think I found it. Not to say its the be all end all but I think I actually bought my last bass. Here's what's staying: Smith BT4, Elrick 5, 62 P reissue, pre gib Tobias Classic, F bass BN4, Sadowsky PJ 24, Sadowsky Will Lee. At peace. Broke
  2. Did you buy an NYC model?

You put "think" in your post 3 times.

That's your get out clause. You haven't stopped yet.

Did you get your Will Lee with Sadowsky Soapbars in '60s J-Bass Locations?

They are great basses. I hope you are happy.

I, too, have proclaimed my "last bass" with my Roscoe Century Standard 5 Plus. There really is no reason to get any other bass, but alas, I will always look. I just hope I can control myself from now on.

Time will tell. I really want a new house so I do have motivation to NOT spend money on things that I don't really need as I have all I need for any gig.
