I'm selling my very lightly used Sandberg TM-5. This thing is awesome. It's the lightest bass I've ever picked up and sounds just as big as my other jazz 5's. Really crazy. I bought two of these this month and decided to keep the other only because I like the tort pick guard on natural better. No other reason. This is a killer instrument that is like new condition. There are a couple small dings near the humbucker from me. Shown in pictures. This is a lifesaver bass for anyone who plays long shows or wants some neck, back and shoulder relief without compromising fat jazz tone and Sandberg quality craftsmanship. Feel free to ask my any questions.

6.3 pounds is AMAZING for a five string bass (actually for any bass). My back is insisting that I look into Sandberg basses...

It’s no joke. Really shocking at first. When you play it it sounds like the traditional wood Sandberg 5’s I’ve had. The other one I’m keeping will be a staple in my tour vault for sure.

Is the switch for the mm pickup?
Is it series parallel, or single double coil?

Switch is to single cool nearest the neck. Very even and balanced jazz tone. IMHO.

Random benefit. Light weight woods are extremely resonant when played unplugged. I practice that way all the time and its cool to hear the notes so prominently.
