Can a SansAmp Bass DI & EBS Billy Sheehan signature drive pedal co-exist on the same pedalboard?

  2. why not? what potential issues are you worried about?

Of course they can. Personally, I'd try sticking the Sansamp in the clean loop of the EBS for a little grit, and use the dirty channel of the EBS for higher gain blended in.

Was thinkin it might be too dirty end up muddy

I seen the EBS site offers the insert cable for looping
But don't see how to order it
And wasn't sure how to order it from Sweetwater (exact terminology that I'd need to look for)

"Insert cable" is the exact terminology. :) Personally I think they would be muddy and a bit noisy together, but it could sound cool anyway, depending on your tastes.

Hell yeah it can. I run the Sansamp in the clean loop and a Big Muff Pi Deluxe in the dirty loop. Took a bit of knob turning on all three but it now sounds great through my SWR 400 and ancient Gallien-Krueger 4412H cab.
