I´ve just got my Sansamp programmable bassdriver DI.
I´m a happy man. It´s PERFECT.
I just bought a BDDI a week or two ago....today I buy the programmable. Let ya know in a week or two.
Bought my Programmable one a couple of weeks ago and its as good as I thought it would be...I use the reg. one every week at my Church so I knew what I was getting. I highly recommend it. Just having 3 different presets at your feet is great. And tweaking is very easy...
Kudos to Tech 21.
The prog is too big for me.
I'll stick to the good old BDDI that fits in my pocket.
I plan on getting one of these.
Does anyone think subtle overdrive is needed for a blues bassist? I'm still on the fence.
Depends on how bad your blues are. Have you heard Buddy Guy's album "Sweet Tea"?
I haven't but I listened to some samples on Amazon.com
I wasn't planning on going that much, but it still sounds awesome.
Thanks for turning me onto another great musician.
I have had the prog model for a while now. I'm happy with it too. I like it the most for recording.
I agree 100%. Makes my tone options just that much more flexible.
How much crunch or distortion can you get out of it? Ive been thinking of adding something of that nature to my chain.
