Bought my Programmable one a couple of weeks ago and its as good as I thought it would be...I use the reg. one every week at my Church so I knew what I was getting. I highly recommend it. Just having 3 different presets at your feet is great. And tweaking is very easy...
    Kudos to Tech 21. :bassist:

The prog is too big for me.
I'll stick to the good old BDDI that fits in my pocket.

  5. I plan on getting one of these.

Does anyone think subtle overdrive is needed for a blues bassist? I'm still on the fence.

Depends on how bad your blues are. Have you heard Buddy Guy's album "Sweet Tea"?

  7. I haven't but I listened to some samples on Amazon.com

    WOW!

I wasn't planning on going that much, but it still sounds awesome.

Thanks for turning me onto another great musician.

I have had the prog model for a while now. I'm happy with it too. I like it the most for recording.

  9. I agree 100%. Makes my tone options just that much more flexible. :)

How much crunch or distortion can you get out of it? Ive been thinking of adding something of that nature to my chain.
