The underfunding of NASA is one of the great tragedies of the 21st century.

Anyone hear that the moon may be hollow?

  8. I heard the moon was made out of cheese.

Seriously, I heard at one time there was two moons and one collided into an other and that is why the moon is so pockmarked. I'll just file that away as a "could have happened". We weren't there yet. Nobody knows.

house a couple of hours ago.

I have the StarWalk app on the iPad. It's great (amongst many things) for tracking the plethora of satellites over our heads. The ISS is a great sight...

B & W made it easier to fake the '69 lunar landing...why change now? FTR, if you enlarge the original Apollo prints and apply the necessary filters, you can make out the distinct outline of a Waffle House in the upper lefthand aspect.
