Howdy all! Me and the wife went to the doctor this week for ultrasounds, we are expecting our first rugrat on Nov 19th! I am very exciting about the whole thing, and already started to paint a nursery! Since my wife gets to have a baby shower, can I have one to get gear (since I won't be able to afford gear anymore? :D)

    Say hello everyone!

If you look REAL close, you can see what appears to be an EB Bongo in that picture.

    Fantastic! That's great news!

Boy or girl??? Or, are you not finding out prior to delivery?

We're only 3ish weeks away from starting a brand new generation in my family, so believe me...I know how you must feel! That's the best!!!:D

Thanks for the kind words, all! It is sort of overwhelming to think about all this.... so I just try and keep busy and not think too much about it all! I am anxious-nervous-scared-happy all at once! But we do have lots of friends and family around to help us out with the young 'un (a village to raise a child, that whole theory!)

No names yet, just some pretty good ideas... we won't know the sex for about a month yet, so there doesn't seem to be a hurry on the name... but I sorta like the "Nino Kelly" thing.... how about Nino Gard Turner Fuqua odie Xavier Kelly! hmmmmmm.... I think I am on to something!

Thor, I don't know how much stuff I will be getting rid of, but I know if I have any cool pedals for sale to call you first! Hopefully I won't do anything silly and have a sell-off, but I feel like I should "clean-out" some space in the house....

    Dude, that's great news!!!

Here's hoping for a healthy and happy pregnancy for the Mrs., and also a healthy and happy baby.

As for the name, I dunno about that whole "Gard" part, but the rest looks good.

(Actually, if you are even remotely serious [which I know you are not!], like JT, I'm honored)

I can think of lots of peeps around here who I would be happy to have a child as there namesake.... You guys were some of the first that I thought of... I wish the kiddo's name could be longer to include lots of people! but I also don't want to screw the kid up when they get in school.... So I think a pretty normal name is in order..... dang, I was in the mood for something screwy!

Jamie has a nice ring to it. Good for a boy or a girl. Oh yeah I am biased.

    Jamie "odie" Odiet :smug:

But I must say the birth of my daughter was the most life changing thing. My life has changed all for the positive. I am sure it will be the same for you.
