    Yo, can anyone give me a link as in where to find scales, as in A Minor scale, and everything esle, that has to do with than, becasue I need than badly.
    I know there is one on this site http://www.talkbass.com/forum/showthread.php?t=125519 but I don't know where the notes are at on the neck. (BURN THE n00bie!!!!!!)

    your thinest string is a G
    then D A E assuming you have a 4 string bass

    now every fret is a half-tone and so you can easily find every note....

    ...but!

    i think you MUST learn where all notes are on your fretboard.....without this tou won't go anywhere

    I know that strings already. Its just that the notes on the neck that I don't know.
