Would you guys reccomend a Schecter Stiletto Deluxe fretless or a Made in Mexico Jazz fretless (both four strings) and why?
I like the thinner neck on the Schecter but would like to get some advice.
Also, what do y'all think of the Basswood body?

Bump. There are a ton of people on this site.

  3. Although I didn't get to try the Schecter Stiletto Deluxe fretless, I did get a chance to check out the Schecter studio fretless and it was built well and sounded great. The Schecter Stiletto Deluxe fretted that I tried seemed to be a good bass for the price as well.

I tried a MIM Fender Fretless (used) and the fretboard wasn't in very good shape. I could feel the fret lines on the board. This was an older bass and it was only in fair condition. The new MIM basses are supposed to be built better.

I would highly recommend the Schecter Studio fretless if you can spend a little more. Again, I think both basses are decent.

    Good Luck! ;)
