Schroeder 410 in the house

    Well, I just acquired a Schroeder 410 from a fellow TBer, in exchange for my SWR Goliath Sr. plus some cash. I'm pretty pleased. To my ears, the Schroeder sounds fairly similar to the SWR, but with a bit more balls and more presence in the low midrange and bass. Plus, it's 32 pounds lighter and handles 400 more watts. I'm running 1600 watts bridged mono from my Stewart World 1.6, so it seems like a good match. I won't get to hear it in a band context for a while, though.. no gigs at the moment.
    Incidentally, this transaction was super-duper unauthorized and I will be hearing about it later. :help:
