Scratch and dent from zzounds

Hi guys, I just created an account to first say "Thanks!", I bought a blemished guitar from zzounds and I had the same questions as some of you.

The guitar arrived 99% flawless, the only thing visible is a ding on the fretboard and another issue was a switch mid position not working as expected, that I fixed in 2 minutes with a screwdriver and some twizzers.

Thanks you sharing your experiences (that save me around $300dlls)

Sweet! Gonna get your Sister Rosetta Tharpe covers going?

Not really, I just love that guitar since I saw it the first time, didn't bought it in 2006 when they released the epi version, had to get it now :)

But now that you mention, I just saw the video and I understand why the strap is on the headstock LOL, crazy neck drop

Yeah, she's not to everyone's taste, but there's no denying her her place in the pantheon of founding rock and roll guitar geniuses. ;) Holy Schmoly she could play!

Any bass I would buy is gonna get played. Which means all the scratchin and denting would be mine doing going forward.
So I wouldn't hesitate taking a 700$ discount on say, a 1,500-2,000 dollar bass.
Something more extravagant? It probably wouldn't.
And a scratch or dent should be just that. Not some major mishap.
