screws on the bottom of amp head

    I just bought a Peavey Max 700 head on ebay. when it arrived, there were two screws that were halfway unscrewed on the bottom. they aren't the ones holding on the rubber feet but look like the might be part of the mouting for the board or transformer inside the head. can i just screw these back in safely or should i have it checked out? the seller on ebay said they weren't like that before shipment but they don't seem loose enough to have come undone during transit.
    the screws are above the socket where the power cord plugs in.

    Hey, pic isn't working for me.
    What I would do though, is take the chasis out of the case, and see what those screws do. More than likely they'll go in the whole way, but you don't want to chance putting one through a cap or board or something.
