Seeing my basses on eBay.

  2. I like the 5 string natural one Nino...but if you do another make the headstock 4+1 :)

    From what i seen of some of the basses you post that you made...you do put together nice stuff. Now...if i could only try one :D

    I dont know why anyone would sell their Valenti bass.

    Im holding on to mine for a good while. :D

  4. That Koa 4 string...now thats a sexy bass...man just by looks i think id buy one if i had money instead of a warwick is my preferred tone or basses. Hell good job on that bass man.

    I bought the neck off of the "Thrift Shop" (now "Warmoth Showcase").

    I did build a 5 with a 4+1 h/s & I owned it while I owned the Natural 5.

    I get a kick out of the fact that on the second auction you list he adds at the bottom "Will someone PLEASE buy this bass?!" Made me laugh.

    You're right to be flattered. I think it's safe to say that due to the large number of folks who frequent this site and the beautiful instruments you've shown here, you're probably known to thousands of bassists across the country and even the world as a guy who can put together a really sweet instrument. I've never had the opportunity to play a Valenti, but I have no doubt they play and sound as good as they look.

    I've wondered before if someday the Valenti name will be up there with Sadowsky and Lull. The basses you're seeing on ebay now may someday be sold as "early Valenti prototypes." Who knows?
