semi-hollow.what about ibanez AGB140?

    i'm looking at some semi hollow basses.
    they look really great and i saw some very cheap.
    my lockal musicstore has a ibanez AGB140 and i just
    wonder what you think about this bass?
    anyone tried it or have other experience with semi hollow
    basses?

    I played one at a local shop. If they would have made it in a 5 string-there's a chance i would have one now. I like the way the neck felt, the amplified tone, it was like-different yet familiar [w/that humbucker]. The body felt fairly light-but i played it sitting down so i'm not sure how it balances. Definately if you get the chance-play one. The neck played pretty well. IMO it's worth the money just since it seems like it would be easier on the shoulder for the 2hr+ shows.

    I like the looks of those but have never seen one in a store to try. Felt the same way about the epiphone alan woody signature short scale hollowbody. Finally found one in a store--played it, bought it.
