So, I thought I'd stoke a useless thread as I get close to that elusive 1000 post milestone.

I thought I'd point out that while my profile states I got started here a few years ago, really, almost All of the posts have been since this last December. I registered at TB a few years ago, made a few posts, disappeared, then *rediscovered* it while I was on vacation this Christmas. So, my post count is more impressive than it looks on paper.

    Impressed? Yeah, me too. :)

Anyway, so... what do I win when I hit 1000?

I can hardly wait for the gifts to start pouring in.
  2. Congrats for you "soon to come" 1000 posts!!

Only 2 posts and I'll hit 100!! :hyper:

Have you been hovering around 1000, sometimes a little over, sometimes a little under for a while, too? Always a bridesmaid, never the bride. Good luck hitting it...
  4. Not at all. Your kung foo is much too weak.

Welcome to the quadruple digit club.

But wait, your not even at 1000 yet! You can't start celebrating until you actually get there!

if people aren't impressed/don't care about bruce's 21k+, what makes you think we will about your 1000, or alex's 2000?
