Hello, I'm new here so sorry if this has already been discussed. Is it possible to put Seymour Duncans in my Peavey Cirrus 5 string? If not, what about EMG's or Bartolini's? I love the sound of them so I was just wondering if anyone has attempted this with any success. Thanks!

Not sure if the measurements will work. I'd measure the Peavey pickups if I were you then go the the other maker's websites and check your measurements against the specs on the pickups you're considering.

Out of curiosity, what is it that you don't like about the stock Cirrus pups? I have a Cirrus 6 and it sounds great!

Incidentally, this probably should have been posted in the Pickups Forum.. ;)

    Good luck.

I've never heard of anyone swapping the electronics on a Cirrus. The pickups/electronics are really one of the best things about them...
