SF roommate situation spam

Hi,

Two roommates are moving out of my house, and since it's bass player friendly (I live there after all) I thought I'd post it here. It's the whole house, so there are no upstairs or downstairs neighbors. Not the place for all night sessions or anything (I'm on good terms with the neighbors and I'd like to stay that way). But practicing at reasonable hours won't bother anyone. I'm mostly a jazz player but I won't discriminate on that basis...
