Okay, sold a bass on Reverb, I used their shipping label service, it was UPS. So, the bass was damaged in transit. I refunded the Buyer, bass was sent back to me. Now, I must get a repair quote, email to Reverb and they will reimburse me for the repair. I'm I wrong, but when my guitar was destroyed by UPS, I was refunded the $850, because I had the insurance. They actually picked up the guitar, as it was now their property. Has anyone ever had/encountered the same issue?
