I'm in Phoenix AZ for week for business. Can anyone suggest some bass spots of interest? I already went to Bizarre Guitar. Cool people and nice guitars, but just Fender basses. The local Sam Ash is pretty meh.
    Suggestions?

Mapleglo knows the shops up there. Paging 'Glo!

From my experience, it is the small shops that are interesting up there. The chain stores are big but seem to have mostly the same old boring entry level stuff.

Their website is still there. The hours stink, but I might be able to get over there on Fri. Thanks for the tip.

The last time I was there was in October 2000, where I bought a Rick Turner RB5-FL, passing on a Wal Mk II 5 string that was the same price as the Turner. Why did I not get the Wal, instead? :rollno:
