I am a doctor. And yes, this would be the time where you grab a bottle of 96, chug it, then light your hair on fire running around the house screaming. It is the appropriate course of action, considering your complex affinity.

Wait, that is only the first step of the procedure. You will need to remove all clothes before undertaking the first step, and you will have to be able to run out of your house screaming. Possibly early moring is the best time in which to do it.

Sign of a heart attack is numbness in the left arm.

Since this is your right arm, my educated medical guess is that you're suffering from some sort of reverse heart attack which causes the entire cardiovascular system to pump in the opposite direction.

Does your numbness coincide with movement across the earth's equator?

Ok, super serious here for a minute guys. I'm doctor (well not really, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night) and this isn't anything serious, if you're not worried about dying.

For the love of god, stop looking for answers to medical problems on the internet and go see a doctor.

My legal view is that you should start worrying right, about, now.
