Should I swap my cabs for a combo?

    I currently play a Hartke 3500 trough Hughes&Ketnner 410 and 115.
I've gotten this offer to swap both of my cabs for a Trace Elliot G7 4x10+horn combo.

I'm not really shure about this, because I eventually want to end up with an Ashdown head and an Ampeg 410HLF cab (yes, I've made up my mind about that, thank you very much)

    What do you think?

  2. The other guy wants your rig bad enough to swap for it.

Ask yourself why. Is your rig more desirable?

When it comes time to get what you really want, is a combo easier or harder to sell/trade?

  4. Perhaps you should investigate trading your H&K cabs in at a store for the Ampeg cab. Compare trading in the Trace Elliot. You might be able to get a better deal with your current set-up that's more towards your ultimate goal.

Edit: I like, totally, didn't read this properly. It's two cabs for a combo. Anyways, I'd check on the trade-in value of everything before making a decision. :ninja:
