oh and on a side note; does anyone have a picture of a sunset orange bass, i heard about it being an american standard colour and i have no idea what it looks like :meh:

I have one on order (a Benavente 51 5-string)... looking forward to it!

This one belongs to B'Aces High, it's posted in the Show Your P-basses thread:

This is a relatively new Dupont color called sunset orange pearl. Pete Hanewinckel built this one for me:

    Mmm... Butterscotch.

Boogie, the more I scope that bass, the more I like it. It is very "mod."
  6. My 68' Fender Telecaster that has aged nicely I think. Nice blonde colour, could call it butterscotch I guess haha

Thanks, it's become my number one. I seldom take anything else to a gig these days. Slap tone to die for.
  8. Anytime I try to take a picture of it, the color comes out wrong. It's a Pedulla Rapture, in transparent light gold, over a maple grain. Purplish tortoiseshell pickguard. People have called it butterscotch.
  9. I know it's a 7-year old thread; sue me for using the "Search" button! Let's see 'em! Looking around on Warmoth, and seeing Chef's old Butterscotch 51P, I've got some GAS!

Is this butterscotch? I think so. Got it two weeks ago. Very nice.

It's not just a 7 year old thread. It's an 7 year old thread that never went anywhere.

I think under these circumstances you can feel safe to start a new thread. :meh:
