The other day I was doing some thinking about what my dream bass would look like, and for some reason I found myself envisioning a StingRay or StingRay5 with:
    - a white pearl finish
    - white pearloid pickguard
    - matching headstock
    - all gold hardware
    - and a maple board

Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find an example of that bass on Google, but I figured some TB'ers had at least some form of a white bass with gold hardware. So if you have one then let's see it! :)

There's one in the classified section I think. Pretty sweet deal for a limited edition!

I have a white/gold P Bass, but it's so yellowed out it's not the droid you're looking for....

If you want a white and gold StingRay 5, you can do Musicman Nut did and buy two of them; a black or blue Ltd Ed that had gold, and a standard white bass, and swap the gold stuff over. Then sell off the other bass with the chrome installed.
