    Pickup covers are not original, and are just laid on top for the pic. They get in the way!!!!!!!!!! :bassist:

    here's my Ash-bodied refin '78 Fender Franken-P. This is the only bass i've played that weighs as much, if not more than my old '77 ash-bodied Stingray, but the sore shoulder's totally worth it.

    They age beautifully.

    I LOVE 70's Fenders. That TV Logo gets me every time. I'm gassin for a '70's Oly White P with a black pg. YUM.
