Show your bass de-fretted "jaco style"

    Show a bass that you have defretted like jaco!

    I have 2 defretted Jazzbasses:
    '77 Fender Jazz:

    "Frankenstein" TCS Jazz
    I made it into a matching headstock fake Fender, put tort pickguard on and ashtrays..

    Both defrettings I didn't do myself. I would never defret an otherwise original '77 Jazzbass!

    It´s not a Fender jazz, but Jaco method was used :D

    Ibanez GSR200, de-fretted with some assistance from a luthier friend of mine.

    I know its not a jazz bass, not even a Fender BUT
    I defretted this bass in Wildwood, NJ, summer of '76,
    right after hearing Jaco's first solo album (yes, it was an album) and if that isn't "Jaco style".......
